Free Trade-Up credit for 1 Year

Our Upgrade Program allows customers to trade in a recently purchased item and receive full store credit for the amount paid toward a new, higher-tier product.

To qualify for full credit, the following conditions must be met:

• The item must have been purchased from our store within the past 12 months.
• The item must be in mint condition and include all accessories, original packaging, and printed materials.
• The item must be a current model and must not have been discontinued or superseded by the manufacturer.
• The new item must be of the same product type and belong to a higher tier than the item being traded in.
• Clearance, final-sale, open-box, and ex-demo items do not qualify.
• Wearable items, including cartridges, belts, and vacuum tubes, do not qualify.
• Personalized items featuring custom engraving, finishes, or non-standard specifications do not qualify.

If your item does not meet these conditions, we may still accept it as a regular trade-in. We always strive to offer fair market value for your items. Please contact us for details.
