Where is your listening studio, and are visits by appointment only?

Our private listening studio is in Ridgefield, Washington, about 30 minutes from Portland International Airport. Visits are by appointment only so the equipment you want to hear is set up and ready. The address and directions are included in your appointment package.
How do consultations work?

Every consultation starts with a conversation about your current and previous systems, room, musical preferences, and your goals. Based on what we learn, we discuss potential options and plan your listening appointment around them. Consultations are available by phone or video call, so you can start from anywhere in the United States.
Can I purchase from Unveil Sound if I live outside the Pacific Northwest?

Yes, we serve clients throughout the United States. Availability of some brands can vary by region, which we discuss during your consultation.
Do you accept trade-ins?

We consider trade-ins case by case, based on the equipment, its condition, and current market demand. Contact us and we will let you know whether we can accept your equipment.
Do you offer delivery, installation, and system setup?

Yes, we can deliver, install, and set up your system anywhere in the United States. For reference-level components, this is included at no additional cost.
