Returns & Support
Your system is meant to grow with you. Full store credit is available toward upgrades through our Trade-Up Program, so your investment can evolve as your taste does. All purchases are final.
If your item arrives with a manufacturer's defect or shipping damage, we'll repair or replace it at no charge. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery. For wearable or consumable components like vacuum tubes, phono cartridges, and drive belts, please reach out within 7 days.
Outside of those windows, we'll work directly with the manufacturer on your behalf.
What's Not Covered
Because each piece is selected with care, a few things fall outside our standard coverage:
- Downloadable software or digital products
- Memberships and gift cards
- Personalized items such as custom engravings, finishes, or non-standard specifications
- Items showing signs of misuse or physical damage
- Items missing original packaging, accessories, or documentation
- Wearable or consumable components
- Items marked as clearance or final sale
