Returns & Support

Your system is meant to grow with you. Full store credit is available toward upgrades through our Trade-Up Program, so your investment can evolve as your taste does. All purchases are final, except for limited items identified as eligible for 30-day returns on the product page at the time of purchase.

30-Day Returns and Exchanges

Select products are marked eligible for a 30-day return at the time of purchase. If yours is one of them, you may return it within 30 days of delivery. Shipping costs will be deducted from the total refund, and the item must arrive back to us in mint condition, with all original accessories, packaging, and printed materials included.

If your item arrives with a manufacturer's defect or shipping damage, we'll repair or replace it at no charge. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery. For wearable or consumable components like vacuum tubes, phono cartridges, and drive belts, please reach out within 7 days.

What's Not Covered

Because each piece is selected with care, a few things fall outside our standard coverage:

• Downloadable software or digital products
• Memberships and gift cards
• Personalized items such as custom engravings, finishes, or non-standard specifications
• Items showing signs of misuse or physical damage
• Items missing original packaging, accessories, or documentation
• Wearable or consumable components
• Items marked as clearance or final sale
